Ah Freilichin Chanukah!!
It's the first night of Chanuka and I wanted to wish you all a wonderful Chanuka~! (That is if anyone has not given up checking out this site -- hey, Miriam!)
"My" 2-year-old's visit was really nice. Not sure if I updated you guys on that. She's a sweetie and she sure enjoyed the "baby!" She really warmed up to me and started talking in school more. Someone suggested I take in all my students for a week...errr, maybe not?!? I love 'em all, but...y'know, work should stay at work. Not that I regret the babysitting at all - I'd even do it again!
Been having fun using the digital camera my mom-in-law gave us!! Hopefully I will one day (soon!) connect it to the computer (which we need to pick up from my hubby's friend who fixed it). This computer doesn't have enough memory!!
Miriam, I saw your mother today on 13th Avenue. It was rainy and I was wearing a hood, so she probably didn't recognize me. I would've stopped to say hello, but I was in a rush to an appt. A bit over a month ago I had my wisdom tooth pulled and now the oral surgeon had to take care of some bone that was sticking out. (OUCH!) Thursday, I"YH, I will FINALLY get started on my root canal (Mindy with the ones you got done...were your crowns covered by insurance? Mine doesn't cover it...they cost almost as much as my rent!!)
Lauryn, sorry to hear you probably won't be coming in. Rivkala and I will surely miss you - but we'll think of you and try to take pictures, ok? And next time you visit....you'll BE"H Mrs. L!!!!!

Choochga (as I call Yitz-Pitz sometimes) is doing as delicious as ever, B"H. He's so aware...grabbing things and putting them in his mouth. I think he wants to each solids already..we'll see. :) He's even learning to sit up. Time really does fly. He's laying on the floor near me sticking out his tongue and blowing bubbles now. Sure, whatever makes him happy. :)
